Me & U Fitness focuses on special needs children, teens, adults, and their families, providing active programs for people with physical disabilities and mental disabilities such as autism, Aspergers, multiple sclerosis (MS), cerebral palsy, spina bifida, down syndrome, epilepsy, and other related disorders.
Tina is a physical therapist assistant who created this gym to create a space where she can bring fitness to people in a comfortable environment. Classes include wheelchair fitness, group, and individual programs, and women’s classes.
Me & U Fitness offers fun classes and healthier options for the special needs community in Tampa Bay!
