Yoga brings the body strength, the mind calm, and the spirit connection. Come move with us while we exercise, relax and have fun! Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. Shoes and socks are not required. Parents are welcome to participate! Optional: bring your own yoga mat! RSVP is appreciated!
